Finally, an introduction!

A long time ago I made this account to try and find a better avenue for fandom instead of tumblr, but I ended up never using it. Now that the tumblr purge has happened, I've been spending the majority of my time on fandom.ink on mastodon, and they talk great things about you so I thought 'Hey, why not try this out one more time?' I'm gonna be changing my username once I get paid, but for now I can at least post an introduction!
My name's Annastasia, but you can call me Arisa/Risa. I'm a mixed race black woman, 25 years old, and proudly hella disabled with Spinal Muscular Atrophy. I'm an aspiring Lolita, a practicing witch, and a self-identifying punk and baby-anarchist. Currently, I'm in my last semester of undergrad for Creative Writing. I write mainly YA fiction and Creative Non-Fiction, and I've been writing (and rewriting ^^;) a YA novel since I was 15, called Cynical Chaos. I'm gonna be using this blog for longer thoughts about the things I post on masto, such as my life, the ongoing process with my novel, losing my mind over fictional characters and/or fandom meta, and witch musings. My biggest current fandoms are: BTS and the Bangtan Universe, My Hero Academia, Aggretsuko, Stardew Valley, the Undertale Universe, Pokemon, and--due to the rekindling of the upcoming release--Kingdom Hearts. Fandoms that I'm no longer active in but will literally always be my favorite to talk about are: Sonic (as you can guess from my avvie ;p), Jak and Daxter, Yu Yu Hakusho, Sailor Moon, and Final Fantasy VI and onwards (but especially VI).
I'm also really into the pop-punk and metalcore scene, so if you're into bands like Thrice, A Day to Remember, Underoath, Paramore, The Story so Far, and All Time Low, hit me up and we can chat over some jams!
