I've been telling my parents that my little brother has been showing signs of depression since he was 10-years-old, and now he's 17, absolutely the most hopeless child I've ever seen, our parents are in vegas, and he text me earlier to finally admit to me that he has suicide ideation and wants to die all the time. He's also refusing therapy because it "made it worse last time"

What the fuck do I do?
