I don't know how many of you have twitter, but today a very famous cosplayer came out with a #MeToo story concerning Vic Mignogna, and another unnamed VA who actually drugged and raped her at a convention. I don't have permission to link the story, but you can google it yourself. It's pretty fuckin intense. This is all to do with the recent spotlight on the many, MANY assault allegations against Vic over the last decade. It's pretty fucking clear that this guy's a predator at this point.
First of all, I'm fucking pissed. She said that the unnamed scumbag "won't be fired" and that he's too powerful in the industry to name. Whoever it was works at what's most definitely Funimation and was working with Vic at the time of the assault. There are only so many people this could be and I've been losing my shit about it all day. I'm ready to burn this motherfucker, I swear to the Gods.
MEN AREN'T ALLOWED TO TOUCH THE THINGS I LOVE ANYMORE. Don't allow men to create anything any more until they learn how to fucking act. They're cancelled. We're done. It's finished.
